Update my billing information
Please note: Where you signed up for your TYT membership determines where you will need to update your billing information.
TYT.com | If you subscribed via TYT.com, you will need to update your billing information on the TYT.com website, not the app. View instructions. |
iOS - iPhone app and Apple TV | If you subscribed to via the Apple App Store, you will need to update your billing information directly through your Apple ID account. |
Google Play - Android app and Android TV | If you subscribed via Google Play, you will need to update your billing information directly through your Google Play account. |
YouTube Channel Membership | If you subscribed via a TYT YouTube Channel membership, you will need to update your billing information directly through your YouTube account. |
TYT.com/Apple Pay | If you subscribed on TYT.com, but opted to pay via Apple Pay, you will need to update your billing information on your Apple Pay account. |
Update Billing on TYT.com
- Login to TYT.com
- Click on the PROFILE PHOTO in the upper right corner
- Select SETTINGS > PLUS MEMBERSHIPS
Scroll down below the Currently Selected Plan Benefits box, and click UPDATE BILLING METHOD
- Update your billing information
- Click UPDATE BILLING
- Confirm update to billing information
Help! I don't see the Update Billing Method button.
- Are you on the app? If you signed up for your membership on TYT.com, you'll need to login to the TYT.com website to update your billing here: Settings Plus Memberships .
- Please note the Billing Method displayed under your Plan Benefits.
- If your Billing Method is 'Apple In-App Purchase', you'll need to update your billing information on your Apple ID.
- If your Billing Method is 'Google Account', you'll need to update your billing information on Google Play.
- If your Billing method is 'Apple Pay', you'll need to update your billing information on Apple Pay.
- If your Billing Method is 'YouTube Account', you'll need to update your billing information on YouTube.
