Cancel Membership Purchased on TYT App via iTunes or iOS App Store
iTunes/iOS Subscription Cancellation
If you purchased your TYT subscription on the TYT App, via an Apple In-App-Purchase (from an iOS device) or via iTunes/the iOS App Store, you only can unsubscribe the membership via iTunes/the iOS App Store. Once you unsubscribe on their end, it will cancel your Plus Membership on our end.
NOTE: Uninstalling the TYT app will not cancel your subscription.
To Cancel a subscription on iOS Device or the iOS App Store
- On your iOS device, Go to Settings or the iOS App Store
- Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen. You might need to sign in or use Touch ID.
- Tap SUBSCRIPTIONS
- Under Active Subscriptions, tap the TYT subscription
- Tap CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION
- Tap CONFIRM CANCELLATION
Your subscription will now show CANCELED status. You will continue to have access until your current membership period expires.
Once your Current Membership Period ends, TYT will display under INACTIVE Subscriptions with the status EXPIRED. At this point, it will reflect as CANCELED on TYT.com.
You may RENEW at any time via Apple ID Subscriptions. If you’d like to select a different level of membership, renew via TYT.com
