How do I cancel a Sponsorship?

You can only cancel annually renewing sponsorships. Fixed memberships (12 month one-time purchases) cannot be canceled. 

You can cancel Sponsorships on your Account Profile. 

1. Login to TYT.com
2. Click on the PROFILE link in the upper right corner 
3. Select SETTINGS > PLUS MEMBERSHIPS
4. Select MY SPONSORSHIPS
5. Locate the Sponsorship you want to cancel
6. Click CANCEL THIS SPONSORSHIP

   

7. In the Confirm Cancellation dialog box, Click YES

8. In the Success Confirmation box, Click OK 

9. You will receive a sponsorship cancellation confirmation email, and your sponsorship status will change to “Canceled” on your account page. Your sponsorship recipients will likewise receive an email informing them that the sponsorship has been cancelled and their membership privileges will be revoked on [date], along with a link to purchase their own membership.

NOTE: The ability to manage sponsorships is not currently available on the App.
