How do I cancel a Gift Membership Package?

You can only cancel annually renewing gift membership packages. Fixed membership packages (12 month one-time purchases) cannot be canceled. 

You can cancel Gift Membership Packages on your Account Profile. 

  1. Login to TYT.com
  2. Click on the PROFILE link in the upper right corner 
  3. Select SETTINGS > PLUS MEMBERSHIPS
  4. Select the MY GIFT MEMBERSHIP PACKAGES tab
  5. Locate the Gift Membership Package that you want to cancel

  6. Click CANCEL THIS PACKAGE

  7. In the Confirm Cancellation dialog box, Click YES
  8. In the Success Confirmation box, Click OK 
  9. You will receive a Gift Membership Package cancellation confirmation email, and your Gift Membership Package status will change to “Canceled” on your account page. Your Gift Membership Package recipients will likewise receive an email informing them that the Gift Membership Package has been cancelled and their membership privileges will be revoked on [date], along with a link to purchase their own membership.

NOTE: The ability to manage Gift Membership Packages is not currently available on the App.
