How do I cancel a Gift Membership?

You can only cancel monthly or annually renewing memberships. 

Fixed memberships (3, 6, and 12 month one-time purchases) cannot be canceled. 

You can cancel Gift Memberships on your Account Profile. 

1. Login to TYT.com
2. Click on the PROFILE link in the upper right corner
3. Select SETTINGS > PLUS MEMBERSHIPS
4. Click on MY GIFT ACCOUNTS
5. Locate the Gift Membership you want to cancel
6.  Click CANCEL THIS GIFT MEMBERSHIP 

   

7. In the Confirm Cancellation dialog box, Click YES

8. In the Success Confirmation box, Click OK 

NOTE: The ability to manage Gift Memberships is not currently available on the App.
